On behalf of one of UK’s leading owners, asset managers and developers of modern warehousing principally concentrated in the London area, Green Assessors has been contracted to undertake a baseline energy performance analysis of their buildings coupled with a matrix of recommended energy efficiency improvements.
The matrix is a very valuable tool in assessing which recommendations or combination thereof are likely to have the most significant impact on the EPC ratings. This is particularly important as the landlord wants to ensure:
• that the property meets the legally required minimum energy efficiency rating – set at “E” from 2018 onwards; and
• provide a facility that is energy efficient to prospective tenants
