Supporting a Peyton & Byrne reduce their energy costs

Peyton & Byrne, owned by Oliver Peyton, operate restaurants and bakeries in national establishments such as the National Gallery and the British Library. Peyton and Byrne approached Green Assessors to undertake a full review of their energy and utility costs and to support them in clarifying the apportionment of utility costs across their portfolio. The restaurant chain was being massively overcharged by utility suppliers, billing on estimated reads and often rolling over into uncompetitive contracts. Polygon partner with Green Assessors to provide ESOS services and utility procurement

Polygon is the European market leader in property damage restoration, serving a range of sectors including insurance, property management, government and industrial clients. Polygon generated sales of EUR 420 million in 2014 and provides 24-hour coverage delivered by a global network of 2,900 employees in 13 countries. They operate from over 20 different sites across the UK. As Polygon is classed as a large organisation it is required to comply with ESOS. Helping the care sector to reduce energy costs

We were engaged by an established care home operator in the West Midlands to advise on ways to save on their ever increasing energy costs. The care facilities across four sites provides over 100 beds. Green Assessors carried out a review of the energy contracts in place and an energy efficiency audit of the properties. On the pricing side, through our relationships with energy providers, we managed to reduce their costs by over 25% on both their gas and electricity contracts. Commercial EPC & Energy Matrix

On behalf of one of UK’s leading owners, asset managers and developers of modern warehousing principally concentrated in the London area, Green Assessors has been contracted to undertake a baseline energy performance analysis of their buildings coupled with a matrix of recommended energy efficiency improvements. The matrix is a very valuable tool in assessing which recommendations or combination thereof are likely to have the most significant impact on the EPC ratings.
