We have been supporting a number of local businesses in London seeking to access funding for energy efficiency improvements. SMEs*, charities and social enterprises located in one of the six participating boroughs – Haringey, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest. The scheme is being run by Haringey Council. Participants will be required to fund or be in receipt of a Commercial Green Deal Assessment or Commercial EPC to access the grant. Funding of 50% of installed energy efficiency measures up to a maximum of:- £2,500 for businesses up to 100 sq m, £5,000 for businesses over 100 sq m PLUS – a £250 Green Deal Assessment refund if energy efficiency measures are installed.
